ChallengeCall System

ChallengeCall was developed to protect operators of FOBT terminals (fruit machines) against under age gamblers thus protecting operators from breaking the law. The system will notify staff before someone is about to gamble on the machines so that staff can check the age of the person that is about to gamble. ChallengeCall is a Capture Technologies Ltd developed product.

Operating FOBT terminals (fruit machines) on-premise creates the difficulty of any operator to stay within the law and under age gambling can (and does) create a substantial risc to the business if they manage to use the equipment on-site illegally. 

Our aim in developing ChallengeCall was to offer a cost effective solution that is easy to manage and can help operators to catch the potential under-age gamblers BEFORE they break the law.

With local councils now actively monitoring (and even sending in under age persons to gamble on the machines) most operators of the FOBT equipment with the resultant loss of license being the failure to detect them, is it really worth even considering not to put in place ChallengeCall.
