How does the Radio Call Point work?

1.  The customer presses the radio call point.
2.  A pre-recorded message is sent to staff groups via the headset or handheld radio.
3.  Staff then respond to the location of the call.
4. Once a staff member arrives at the location, they press the call point to cancel the message, stopping other team members from coming.
