Q: What is the frequency that your equipment is supplied at.

A: We sell our equipment operating to OFCOM rules at 459.100mHz.

Q: Can you buy from UK dealers? 

A: Of course you can - contact your dealer for more information.

Q: What is the warranty for shop purchases - I need good support?

A: We offer a full one year warranty on all of our online purchased products but some with 3 years warranty.

Q: Do you beat other company prices?

A: We will match or better all systems that are of comparable quality and offer the same service and warranty that we do. We know of very few companies here in the UK that compete and often their products tend to be of inferior quality or without CE approval.

Q: What if I want to return the goods?

A: We operate a 14 day refund policy for private individuals only. If you are a company we offer up to 7 days trial - but only if you contact us first and sign our trial agreement.
